      - Huge company with diverse work - Leadership program opportunities for any experience level - Semi-transparent managerial style - Job security for the most part - depending on volatility of the customer

      Cons

      - Difficult government customers - Don't expect much creative control - Don't expect much design experience on legacy programs - Don't expect maintaining competitive edge on other software engineers in the free market through work alone - you'll have to do this on your own

      Pros

      High level of integrity throughout the company, open communications, and sincere interest in doing the right thing.

      Cons

      Unfortunately, I need to come up with twenty words of cons. When in reality after 41+ years in IT, I have no cons for Lockheed Martin. They are not perfect, but highly acceptable.
