Pros
Great culture, great place to work, great work life balance. A general nice vibe, most of the time. Nothing ever seemed urgent, any pressure applied was always easy to disregard.
Cons
Wages far below like for like roles elsewhere. Seemed easy to get stuck without any possibility of career progression. Focus was always on maintaining the status quo.
