      Work hour is flexible and job can be interesting. It can be busy sometimes. One has to be flexible with his/her schedule if he/she decides to work here.

      Cons

      Pay is not on par with other consulting firms. Benefits can be also sub-par. Work can sometimes be boring and tedious.
