Very siloed organization, if you are involved in the right group it can be still be a good work environment with interesting work, friendly people, and good recognition.
Cons
The company has been in a steady state of decline the last five years. The firm is having significant difficulties due to poor decisions by senior management. It is unclear if the current CEO and senior management team have what it takes to right the ship.
