We have spent a lot of time investing in our collaboration technology to ensure you have the flexibility you need. Unfortunately, due to the nature of the consulting industry tight deadlines are not easily avoidable. That being said, work-life balance is an important aspect of a healthy work environment and we have several initiatives in place. The Toronto office boasts several recreational sports teams, employee lounge, lunch n learns, social events (curling funspiel, winter and summer socials) as well as our Employee Assistance Program and our Wellness Program to assist employees in maintaining this balance.
