Thanks for the review and for your candid feedback. As you've likely seen, we are spending an absolute ton of effort helping support, from the Explore HubSpot initiative in both Portsmouth and Cambridge to the Support customer video to some meaningful changes as it relates to overall growth and compensation for the Support team, so it's top of mind for our entire leadership team. On internal promotions, we do a lot of them here as you know, but internal folks are not paid less than external hires--I actually did a Q&A on this in Portsmouth last time I visited.
