1) Feedback channels get abit messy/ convoluted
This is a tricky one because it's difficult balancing openness and feedback efficacy. The issue with having an open door policy with almost anything that goes on in the office, is that yes, you get fantastic feedback that could bring about the next big change, but on the other hand, it's getting pretty messy (with the company expanding so quickly).
Surveys and regular 1-on-1 sessions with managers are effective in garnering qualitative responses, which are useful in identifying pain points/ suggestions. But the issue arises when qualitative responses are gathered through open channels (i.e., internal forums/ company wide surveys); discussions get increasingly lengthy and difficult to measure. Is there a way to streamline the process?
2) Updates about the development of global offices
With the company expanding pretty rapidly, it would be great to know how the other offices are doing (i.e., growth plans / head count) because this gives employees more time to chart their career growth based off what is currently in works.
