      No Micro Managing Great Colleages, Friendly and Positive Company Culture I have only been here for just over a month and can see many opportunites for growth and change

      Cons

      IT and access problems after more than a month. IT and HR Support are okay, but just like to close tickets without actually solving the problem. Not super organised with how I should learn about my new role, just placing me to do random jobs, some that don't teach me anything about the role.

      Pros

      My immediate work environment is good. I’ve been able to get certifications paid for by the company. Band 3 benefits are good.

      Cons

      No internal promotion at all, even for those who are qualified and ready. The company is so averse to spending money that your career can stall here when you first start out. My skip level doesn’t seem to actually know what I do on a day to day basis. The leadership structure is constantly changing to the point where I don’t even pay attention to the announcement emails anymore.
