      The onboarding process has been excellent. Full cooperation and interaction at all levels of the business. I'm looking forward to 2024 and learning more about the business.

      Cons

      There is a lot to learn in a short time, however this process is made easier with lots of support and guidance into internal and global processes.

      Pros

      My immediate work environment is good. I’ve been able to get certifications paid for by the company. Band 3 benefits are good.

      Cons

      No internal promotion at all, even for those who are qualified and ready. The company is so averse to spending money that your career can stall here when you first start out. My skip level doesn’t seem to actually know what I do on a day to day basis. The leadership structure is constantly changing to the point where I don’t even pay attention to the announcement emails anymore.
