Honeywell provides an excellent 401K match.

Cons

Too internally focused. Health insurance costs increase disproportionately every year. Not enough motivation/ recognition programs. Travel requirements. Regularly required to work additional time without compensation. Executive Management is disproportionately compensated.

As the company continues to evolve, balancing internal processes with customer-facing priorities can sometimes be challenging. Long travel schedules can also impact work-life balance for field-based employees.
