Pros

- Really good work-life balance—you get flexibility to manage your own time. - If you deliver results, you get bonuses and long-term incentives. - Lots of chances to learn and try out different tools and parts of the project. - They’re top-notch when it comes to mapping, location services, and navigation in the automotive industry. - Great place to gain broad technical experience. - Great place for interns to learn and work on cool technologies and topics

Cons

- Management is often stretched thin or lacks the technical know-how to guide teams properly. Teams usually don’t know what others are working on, so transparency and teamwork suffer. - There are constant reorganizations and leadership changes, which makes things unstable. - The company is still figuring out its culture and identity, so things can feel a bit unclear. - There’s almost no budget for talent development or training. - Getting money approved for team-building, meetups, or workshops is really hard—everything is super tight and bogged down by bureaucracy. - Salaries are pretty average, about 20% lower than what you’d expect for the role. - Benefits aren’t consistent. Some countries get perks like gym memberships and transportation tickets, but others (like the Czech Republic) don’t. - HR sometimes doesn’t know local policies and I’ve had to explain basic stuff to them with proof.

Pros

Leadership is very understanding and are clear SME’s that know what their doing. There’s a learning curve that’s complex, but compensation and experience is worth the training.

Cons

Internal operations could be better, but that’s expected with any growing company.
