      Pros

      Good place to work, very agile mindset for short term and immediate action plans. Good compensation package, nice offices in main headquarters.

      Cons

      Some slow in the big changes that impact in a wider way. Some processes are very bureaucratic with other teams like legal, policies, etc. The company has been struggling since some years ago, so don't expect high salary increases or high bonuses. Very flat organization but global, you need to connect at early times or late times in a day.

      Leadership is very understanding and are clear SME’s that know what their doing. There’s a learning curve that’s complex, but compensation and experience is worth the training.

      Internal operations could be better, but that’s expected with any growing company.
