      Good vision with good benefits and pay.

      Cons

      Company grew due to mergers, where part of the software engineering org is trying to use good software practices and engineering and other parts are just hacking together code to get stuff done. Has moved majority of engineering staff out of US.

      Leadership is very understanding and are clear SME’s that know what their doing. There’s a learning curve that’s complex, but compensation and experience is worth the training.

      Cons

      Internal operations could be better, but that’s expected with any growing company.
