Pros
Good pay if you come from outside. Good facilities, latest technologies used in work. People are highly talented and know what they are doing. You can find some of the most talented product managers and engineers in this company. You can learn a lot here. Someone who stays here for 4 or 5 years will be one of best product/ program manager or engineers you can ever hire.
Cons
Lots of politics in the engineering department in Nesco office. Some engineers left the company due to work pressure and dirty politics by senior engineers. Company hierarchies are confusing, often you will see program and product roles in same hierarchy. Experienced senior leaders from operations teams who don't understand engineering are leading highly talented engineering managers is a very strange thing to see here. People who don't understand engineering try to micromanage engineering teams since someone allowed them to lead.
