      maybe the only one is the slight flexibility to try out different team with different project

      Cons

      terrible management. terrible HR. lowering bar too low when hiring females and some cases even hiring without an interview. faulty product and people only caring to save their jobs. your bonuses rely more on manager being your buddy or your gender rather your work and achievements.

      Leadership is very understanding and are clear SME’s that know what their doing. There’s a learning curve that’s complex, but compensation and experience is worth the training.

      Internal operations could be better, but that’s expected with any growing company.
