      mid management mostly incompetent and only acting for their silo, number of headcount more important than results, limited growth potential because company prefers to higher from outside for Director and above. some old standing executives are driving by american way of business.

      Leadership is very understanding and are clear SME’s that know what their doing. There’s a learning curve that’s complex, but compensation and experience is worth the training.
