Management cannot resolve any problems whatsoever. Whether it is an inefficient process or a person who is not doing their job or even outright hurting the business, you might at best hear an acknowledgment of the problem, but nothing more, it will stay like this for years. Until at some point (every year actually) you will get a major restructuring of the company which would still solve literally nothing but introduce a lot of naming confusion.
