      - The company has excellent facilities in the city center of Berlin. - Uses excellent DevOps practices and tools in SW development. - There are a lot of bright and smart people in engineering positions. - Salaries are competitive for the local market.

      - Hard to get promotion to the next job grade position - Poor middle management which is playing its own political games

      Leadership is very understanding and are clear SME’s that know what their doing. There’s a learning curve that’s complex, but compensation and experience is worth the training.

      Internal operations could be better, but that’s expected with any growing company.
