      it is originally on international company and still has multicultural working environment. the building is at a good location, mitte in berlin, it provides equal salary compare to the industry norm.

      Cons

      company is not striving for equal opportunity. if your manager is, then you are treated equally. your life is depending on your manager.

      Leadership is very understanding and are clear SME’s that know what their doing. There’s a learning curve that’s complex, but compensation and experience is worth the training.

      Internal operations could be better, but that’s expected with any growing company.
