Business Outlook
Pros
Great Benefits and flexible working environment. ECC was having some trouble, but most of that is behind them now. Still a great environment to work in and the vast majority of people are wonderful to work with. Provided everyone the opportunity to get a free fitbit and have challenges to encourage wellness.
Cons
Still have some baggage holding on at the senior level that needs to be let go. Meetings can sometimes be less than productive.
