Pros
Work life balance Mostly good middle managers Great people (xDRs and most AEs) Great benefits - technology allowance, private healthcare (Used to) be a great place to work
Cons
Respect your XDRs. Upper management needs to stop protecting sub-par, lazy and entitled AEs for personal reasons. Nepotism - if you’re from the eastern suburbs/ northern beaches, you will fit right in. If you’re not, good luck getting promoted! Carrot is dangled for promotions - this is a business development graveyard, where you will be strung along for months without a promotion. Upper management strategy is laughable. Random marketing campaigns purely based on no data and no clear expectations Deals at risk due to poor CRM Data and aggressive sales tactics - expect your clients to hear from 3 different people during sensitive negotiations No process or clear rules for qualified opportunity criteria, deals being stolen between AEs. This company favours AEs in almost any given situation and pretty much spit in the face of xDR team. Upper management and AEs will bend the rules to benefit them
