Pros
From the day i started I have felt like a part of my team right away. The company is fairly transparent with goals and expectations, onboarding process was smooth and the perks of working here are great (many team outings, diverse personalities on the team, stocked kitchen, great health benefits).
the company is growing which leaves a lot to aspire to.
the product is very sound and customers overall see the value very quickly which is more than half the battle.
i have never worked somewhere where so many people genuinely seem to want you to succeed and are helpful, from fellow account managers to AE's to technical teams- i really do feel supported and all i have to do is take everything in, give it my all and ramp up fast. its truly an amazing culture that i had not seen before.
Cons
nothing out of the ordinary for a sales role, sometimes things can be stressful but thats the nature of the beast.
