Pros
You get exposure to a bunch of different industries, they do a pretty decent job at training you, and it looks good on a CV.
Cons
Audit is structurally a terrible service line. The margins are low and the cost is high, so management will always try to squeeze as much work out of an engagement team as possible. If you are not proactive about identifying when you're struggling, you'll fall behind and be thrown under the bus. The pay is also crap.
