Pros
Overall, I enjoy working for Deloitte but there’s a lot of meaningless work that is done across all levels. The company is great for young and new graduates who are go-getters. I was able to learn a lot and have access to a lot of benefits.
Cons
Not the best for parents who are active in their kids lives. Leadership can break or make your career and time at the company. 401k match is joke…utilization metrics can be ridiculous …and tracking and trading is tedious.
