      WFH (Hybrid, ~2 days at office)

      Cons

      Salary was on par other Big4. This is not the case anymore. They have simply decreased it at all grades. A 2025 employee is getting significatively less than a 2022 employee, while inflation, cost of living etc have increased.

      Access to top-tier audit clients Lots of resources Lots of supports if having the right networks of PMD

      Brutal hours during peak season Lack of continuity from junior staff levels although slowly improving (not by much)
