      - Good benefits - Opportunity to get used to the corporate environment if you're landing on your first corporate job

      Cons

      - The salaries are pretty low for the romanian IT industry - The management do not care about employees concerns - Poor knowledge even in the case of experience developers and managers - A lot of overtimes and on calls, especially when you want to grow and keep your interest up - Micromanagement - The salary increases are only based on the time spent within the company, not on employee performance or implication (involvement)

      Pros

      Great work life balance and culture. If you want to work at a place that will provide a low stress, flexible position with amazing people, this place is no doubt one of the best in that area.

      Cons

      Pay is low compared to other companies in the area and the cost of living in the area is high. They seem to be outsourcing jobs to cut costs, so job security is not the best right now.
