1-Polite colleagues to work with 2-A certain freedom to act 3-Very interesting technology, products, and customers 4-English is the main communication language 5-Diversity

Cons

1-At least 20% less salary compared to the market 2-Change in management and organization structure almost every 6 month 3-Bad line managers who don't really take care of the employees career, well being at work, and salary 4-All projects ends up with task force 5-Burn out happened to many engineers due to the task forces and no compensation or appreciation from the management 6-Use COVI19 panademic as an excuse to raise salaries or adjust contracts in case of a new position or higher responsabilities 7-Organization structure happens without any discussions with the employees, you just find yourself in a new organization, new line managers, new products without previous discussions with the employees, expectations! career path! goals! salary!

Pros

Great work life balance and culture. If you want to work at a place that will provide a low stress, flexible position with amazing people, this place is no doubt one of the best in that area.

Cons

Pay is low compared to other companies in the area and the cost of living in the area is high. They seem to be outsourcing jobs to cut costs, so job security is not the best right now.
