They let you to develop your skills depending the leader and division you join, There are chances to grow up technically only. work load / personal life is balanced, and the work atmosphere is good enought, salary are just acceptable, is a good place to start your career.
Cons
Low opportunity to grow up in the company in management, salaries are not the best in the region, and the infrastructure of the workplaces needs to have improvements for the normal engineers. Manily managers are like politicians do not care of what really is going on with their team,
