Pros

A global company with a broad automotive product line. Good experience gained in automotive industry and how a supplier works.

Cons

The company is a conglomeration of many acquired smaller companies. The integration of new acquisitions has been poor. A long term strategy of the company does not exist or is unknown. With the current heavy debt and poor automotive conditions the company is in survival mode. Very little thought is being put in the future.

Pros

Great work life balance and culture. If you want to work at a place that will provide a low stress, flexible position with amazing people, this place is no doubt one of the best in that area.

Cons

Pay is low compared to other companies in the area and the cost of living in the area is high. They seem to be outsourcing jobs to cut costs, so job security is not the best right now.
