Pros

The people you work with are the most capable in their own field. They are expert in their own fields so they can answer all questions you might address to them. But also they are quite friendly and pretty reliable, so you might not ask for any new thing you might be curious of. Even my boss was comprehensive with the cultural differences and the time required for my learning curve. I was an intern in the Group Financing in Hannover. The co-workers were all friendly and open. The tasks for which you might be responsible are pretty interesting and demands a lot of quick reaction and even taking phone calls from other subsidiaries across the world.

Cons

If you care of finding people of your age -age of an intern-, you may find it difficult to have fun with your department colleagues out of hours, since most of them are +30.

Pros

Great work life balance and culture. If you want to work at a place that will provide a low stress, flexible position with amazing people, this place is no doubt one of the best in that area.

Cons

Pay is low compared to other companies in the area and the cost of living in the area is high. They seem to be outsourcing jobs to cut costs, so job security is not the best right now.
