Pros
It is a good company to start your carrer. There are people with experience from who you can learn. The company has all the necessary tools to work with.
Cons
The salaries are lower than in other companies from the same city. The management is not very profesional. After a while you will be doing the same thing over and over again, unless you change the team or the department.
