Pros

Continental offers exciting and technically challenging projects, especially in automotive and autonomous systems. The engineering culture is strong, with knowledgeable colleagues and good collaboration across teams. Work-life balance is generally good, and there is flexibility in working hours. The company provides stability, structured processes, and opportunities to work on large-scale, safety-critical systems with real-world impact. International environment and supportive teammates.

Cons

Decision-making can sometimes be slow due to corporate structures and multiple approval layers. Processes can feel bureaucratic, and changes may take time to implement. Career growth and salary progression can be slower compared to smaller tech companies. Internal communication between departments could be improved in some cases.

Pros

Great work life balance and culture. If you want to work at a place that will provide a low stress, flexible position with amazing people, this place is no doubt one of the best in that area.

Cons

Pay is low compared to other companies in the area and the cost of living in the area is high. They seem to be outsourcing jobs to cut costs, so job security is not the best right now.
