Good starting point when you have just moved to Germany and it helps you get the stability you need. The colleagues were nice
Cons
The Management is chaotic, they do offer permanent contract however, they do not let you know within reasonable time. It’s also the same when you’re ln normal 1 year contract, you never know if you’ll get extended. They would let you know within 1 week or worst even 3 days before your contract will end. The environment is stressful because of how its managed by senior team leads. The higher managers are great tho, but they don’t really know what the senior team leads have done in order to get these results. If they would have to shout at an agent or make them cry, they would. Instead of actually mentoring them like a real leader.
