Senior Leadership - Fractured leadership by BU often causing Fiefdom mentality Lack of Junior Resources - Very few junior associates causing projects to be staffed lopsided Networking - very few opportunities for associates to meet and network with one another Nepotism - New hires are often brought aboard based on relationships and not skill sets
