* Joining Salary is very good. * Day care centre in campus. *
Cons
* On bench for long time (at least 30% of the employees) * Not employee friendly work culture. * Very authoritative attitude people. * Manager can overrule employees rating without his/her knowledge. (No transparency) * Very small teams and they use same team for multiple clients. Very pressurised work. * HR is only for hiring, once employee is on floor they are dealt by only manager. * No cafe/AC while working in nights * many more...
