      Open communication culture with seniors, Illness & life cover (free), understanding and empathetic management, appropriate sick leave, short notice leave approval when on bench

      Cons

      Pay erosion for employees, no raises in line with inflation meaning cost of living massively impacts you. You pay for your medical insurance as salary sacrifice which elevates your tax. A grades do not get a company car, or access to many of the "benefits" without significant salary sacrifice.
