- No clearly defined career advancement path. Not uncommon to see employees in same role for 6+ years - Company doesn't readily release consistently under-performing / "lazy" employees - Feels like I've been performing the roles/workload of 3 people for minimal increase in compensation - Quite a bit of interdepartmental conflict due to poorly designed/implemented internal processes and background system
