Pros
Huge potential within this organization to grow your career either in the UK or globally. This organization is sector-led and positively encourages collaboration between disciplines and offices throughout the world. I've been with other consultancies and this was not the case with them. For me, Arcadis is a quantum-leap forward in creative, entrepreneurial and collaborative working compared to previous companies. I've been here nearly two years and I anticipate being here another 20 - I can't see a better organization in this sector.
Cons
Very few. As with any organization, you need to be pro-active in your approach in crafting and shaping your career. The opportunities are certainly there and you're encouraged to make contacts outside your normal circle of work, but you'll need to make it happen!
