Pros

The work life balance is great. Arcadis assures a great flexibility regarding working hours such as home office or splitting your working hours. The colleagues and team/atmosphere is great.

Cons

Unfortunately the company is yet focusing more on clients then on their people. However, this is currently changing. Which creates great opportunities.
