Nice work-life Balance and very flexible working hours, Home Office, IT equipment. Very nice and helpful colleagues.

Cons

Non-existent benefits or extras compared to other companies: lack of profit-sharing, no project bonuses, absence of a 13th-month salary, low transportation compensation, and inadequate salary increases (2% in 2023...). Keep in mind that your salary is crucial

Collegial outreach, sustainability, and power play in management

Pros

Some projects are very interesting and are making a positive impact for the people and environment in given project areas. Collegial network around the world.

Cons

In my current department, management can be more professional. Salary negotiations are a power struggle. Sometimes there a political/power play among the team leads and management positions. The project that we are working on does not seem to consider sustainability as a factor and driver at all.
