Pros
A way to get knowledge of the business, so that you can move on to a more stable environment. If you start here at the entry level, you should learn everything you can and then leave because they will not advance you career wise. After a few years and professional licenses, you'll realize that you are still being paid like a college intern even though you work harder than the managers.
Cons
Be careful of what they offer you when you get hired! Some projects are short term assignments and they may not have a place for you afterwards. This is specially true when they list skills like proficiency in a second language and 75% travel. I had seen it happen too many times in the office. Frankly, it had me downgrade my view on management's leadership. Really, they are shameless when it comes to this sort of behavior.
