      Pros

      diverse range of projects covering the construction and infrastructure sector. Access to big clients in the UK and to become embedded in their teams more like an employee than a consultant.

      Cons

      Pretty negative working environment. lots of focus on RICS and not a lot on technology even though it was recognized that leaning towards technology was the way of the future.

      None really. Could use better pay consistencies and recognition of those who do well and are rewarded as such.
