      Pros

      Excellent people, culture, and environment. A great diversity of responsibilities and ample opportunities to lean and grow. Professional development is nurtured. Career paths and options are clearly laid out. Good work is rewarded over seniority. Freedom and flexibility is the norm.

      Cons

      Compensation for similar work is generally lower than other companies. This is especially true for entry level employees. Work/life balance can go out the window if you're uncomfortable with saying no.
