      Talented people, great benefits, the professional development program is well established and effective, the projects are interesting and challenging

      Cons

      Poor work life balance for junior level employees, lots of 60+ hour weeks, poor communication from management, poor raises (less than 2 percent raise in 2 years), low engineer salary, poor communication network throughout the company
