Very interesting projects arriving frequently. A lot of possibilities to move around and change teams for learning new things. Many of managers highly involved.
Cons
Organisational slowness. Some heavy process that don't really help people to talk together and find solutions. Some old technologies and old tools together with the very new technologies.
