Pros
The local team are amazing. There’s a shared purpose and a genuine team atmosphere. In my region, we communicate and have each others backs. On a national level, not so much.
Cons
Recent changes at board level have resulted in, what feels like, change for change’s sake. Aira used to have a clearly defined and understood mission and we all knew what we needed to do to achieve it. Group CEO has been replaced by a new CEO and Deputy. UK CEO also replaced. There now seems to be a massive lack of joined up thinking. The UK sales team has had 3 different directors in 3 months - and the only leadership seems to be ‘work harder’ accompanied by weekly doses of panic discounting, product offering changes and weak incentives.
