Pros
There is a will to be progressive and do good.
Cons
The sheer size of the company makes it feel very "corporate" and not so flexible or smart. Managers don't seem to be acting according to the larger scale visions, perhaps because they don't have aligned incentives. All in all, it feels rather impersonal and big, and since most employees are consultants they have very different work situations.
