Afry has great collegiality and offers flexible worktimes and the free choice to work from home. Development projects are tailored to solve modern and future problems in the industry.

Cons

As a beginner in programming and development it is clear to tell that Afry lacks experienced programmers and software architects. I wish I had had a mentor to help me out with key aspects of my programming journey.
