if you resign, they will show their true face then, You will not get access to any of the computer, and you will be asked to seat at reception throughout the day. they will ask you to pay them back for the licences you have used for projects. they will ask you to give training to the director's relatives in the office. you can not take paid leaves for more than 3 days by any means. there is a bond that will be introduced to you at any time in your tenure. office space is not hygienic and not good for any professional. there is no reporting structure in the organization.

Managers do not have an idea to sell their people to customers. They recruit and keep them idle for some time and fire them because no work. Where the person has lots of experience and expertise worked internationally, has appreciation in other organizations. Management always sees that only within their areas of work, no explore on new tasks new products. Just hire them and fire them.
