No care for personal growth. If you don’t speak Spanish fluently then don’t bother. I’ve understand and speak Spanish my whole life there was still miscommunication constantly. There’s more contractors from other countries than direct hires so miscommunication happens more frequently than actual work. Ways to find pay increases is embarrassing after receiving your A/P it’s 2 dollar. Many times sent home with no work. Very unreliable work schedule. If you don’t brown nose your lead then expect no good jobs just cleaning. Very humiliating experience with this company. Ima veteran and do not recommend to anyone.
